Pilates & Praise is a faith-centered wellness event designed to refresh your body, mind, and spirit. Join us for an uplifting afternoon that incorporates prayer, word, and a pilates workout to strengthen and energize your body. It is a welcoming space full of encouragement and community.

This event is all about creating space to move, connect, and honor God together. Whether you're coming with friends or meeting new ones, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, encouraged, and grounded.
