Dear all,
Sometimes life brings you exactly where you need to be.
A lot has changed for me over the past few years. Where I once had an office job, I felt increasingly strongly that I wanted to live closer to myself — with more peace, awareness, and connection. That quest eventually led me to Pilates and guiding women toward greater balance in body and mind.
At the same time, my cousin Dominique was walking her own unique path. She left her life in Amsterdam, the Netherlands behind and moved to Portugal to pursue her dream. In Lisbon, she built a place where her love for healthy, nutritious food takes center stage in her brunch cafe Espelo Veneta. What once started as a hobby of baking vegan cakes has grown into a beautiful enterprise centered on conscious living and coming together.
From our shared passion, a dream slowly emerged: creating a retreat where movement, nutrition, and relaxation come together.
A place where you can step away from the hustle and bustle for a while. Where your body can recover, your mind finds peace, and you can reconnect with yourself. During the retreat, mindful movement, Pilates, relaxation, and nourishing, anti-inflammatory nutrition take center stage. Everything is aimed at making you feel recharged both inside and out.
In addition, we are currently working on our own recipe e-book, so that you can take a piece of this lifestyle home with you.
We find it incredibly special to finally be able to share this with you, because this studio and community are such an important part of this journey.
We are really looking forward to experiencing this together with you.
