Hi friends!

Happy beginning of August, as we start off the new month I wanted to celebrate my birthday with you all! August 15th run cub will be birthday themed! As I enter this new chapter of my life, I couldn't be more grateful for this community and support.

So lets grab our running shoes, pink attire, and get ready to enjoy a morning run at RIVERWALK PARK.

• be ready to get started at 815am as it does get hot very early in the IE
• coffee cooldown as always!!!!
