Pikesville Facade Improvement Grant: Free Information Session
About this Event
The Pikesville Downtown Partnership Facade Improvement Grant offers up to $50,000 toward improvements to the outside of your building. Examples of eligible work include: signage, awnings, exterior lighting, windows and doors, painting, masonry, and murals. Applicants are asked to commit matching funds of 25% towards the total project cost.
Come to a free information session to hear how the program works, who is eligible, and how to apply. Bring your questions. Sessions are open to property owners and business tenants in the Pikesville Commercial Revitalization District.
Session Dates:
Wednesday, Sept 23rd: 6:00 - 7:30pm
Wednesday, Oct 7th: noon - 1:30pm
Both sessions cover the same material, so please choose whichever time suits you. In-person attendance is recommended for on-site assistance with your application. Virtual attendance is available also, at https://jcfb.zoom.us/j/93294548507.
