Welcome to the Pikes Peak Interagency Transition Team Community Resource Fair! Join us at the Hillside Community Center for the Annual Resource Fair for Individuals with Disabilities. Connecting the community with the resources you need. Agencies, businesses, case managers, educators, and providers are coming together to provide information on services and programming for individuals of all ages with all types of disabilities.
