Accommodating those who replied and committed to participating we are able to arrange 2 classes:First date: November 19th from 7 pm - 9pm at the Parish Hall (entry by the church offices where Wigilia will be held)
Second date: November 22nd from Noon- 2:30 pm in the same room as our Polish class - Look for the Polish flag near the entrance.
What to expect:
1. No more messy dough making - shortcuts will be shared at the class. You will love it, guaranteed!
2. Bring your favorite filling (sauerkraut and mushroom; sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, cooked meat such as finely shredded chicken, beef, pork). Lots of good recipes on-line, please search.
3. Bring a large tray and a couple sheets of parchment paper to lay out your pierogi and safely transport it home.
4. During the class we will offer a sampling/taste of a very unique pierogi. Not well known but so delicious!
As always, you are welcome to bring a dish and drinks to share.
