Looking for something fun and musical to entertain the children this summer? We are so excited to share with you this new initiative for children which we were able to set up with the funds raised in our Miles for Music campaign.Join the Pied Piper for a Magical Musical Adventure!
On Wednesday 27 August we are bringing music out of the concert hall and into the woods with our brand-new Pied Piper project. Follow the piper through the enchanting Limnerslease wood at Watts Gallery Compton. With stories of garden creatures, folk songs, classical tunes and plenty of chances to join in, this is music made for wiggling, giggling and wide-eyed wondering. Designed especially for children ages 6-9 (and their grown-ups!), these interactive, outdoor sessions are a fun, hands-on way to discover music in nature.
Event times: 11am or 1pm - each session lasts 50 minutes - or at 3pm for a more relaxed session, ideal for children who require additional support.
