About the HGP
HGP is a 35 year old innovative nonprofit that, among other programs, runs a transitional employment program for people experiencing homelessness in an effort to help them obtain stable jobs and housing. That work occurs in the workshop, retail stores and their organic farm on the westside of Santa Cruz that has served as host site for Pie for the People gatherings since they were first selected as a beneficiary 8 years ago. We’re excited to celebrate HGP this Spring!
