From its regal opening to its majestic finale, Mussorgsky’s work is a perennial favorite characterized by immersions into the worlds of its various paintings.
Before intermission, experience Brahms’ intimate and autumnal Second Piano Concerto with up-and-coming soloist Albert Cano Smit.
