MONDAY, JANUARY 19, 2026 - PICTURE NIGHT
Picture Night is on MONDAY, JANUARY 19, 2026. We will have pictures instead of practice.
Please plan on attending picture night (in uniform), even if you are not ordering pictures.
I would love to have everybody in the group pictures.

Note: The times for pictures are different than practice times.
Picture Arrival Times:
6:00 pm = Tiny Kix (3yr-preK)
6:20 pm = Wee Kix (K-2nd)
6:40 pm = Mini Kix (3rd-5th)
7:00 pm = Hip Hop (4th-12th)
7:20 pm = Junior Kix (5th-12th)
7:40 pm = Pom (5th-12th)

I can't stress enough to COME EARLY so we can stay on schedule!!
PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL NOT BE REGULAR PRACTICE THIS NIGHT ~ NOTE THAT THE TIME YOUR GROUP NEEDS TO ARRIVE IS DIFFERENT THAN NORMAL!
YOU WILL NEED ONE ORDERFORM FOR EVERY PICTURE TAKEN – INCLUDING EACH BUDDY PICTURE!!

Please come on MONDAY, JANUARY 19, 2026, in uniform even if you aren't going to order pictures. I would like all of the kids in the group pictures. Amy Tolifson will be taking the pictures this year. I will be sending home picture package information when the date is closer. If you would like to order pictures, please fill that sheet out and return the night of the pictures.
Hair can be worn however you choose.

Note: You will need an order form for each class photo taken and for each buddy picture taken (2 to 5 people per buddy picture)

3 WAYS TO ORDER:
-PREORDER ONLINE- preordering is available 1 week before photo day. Go to www.tolifsonphotography.com and follow the link for sport/event ordering
You will need to find the silhouette, click on the buy now in the upper right hand corner.
With preordering online is very important that in the "Notes to Studio" section you list your dancers name and what group (Tiny Kix, Wee Kix, Mini Kix, Hip Hop, or Junior Kix). If your dancer is in multiple groups you will need a separate order for each group. Please fill out the student info on the order envelope and bring to photo day. You don’t need to list what you ordered.

-ORDER ON PHOTO DAY- Just bring your order envelope along with payment enclosed. Please remember to have a separate envelope and payment for each image
I take whether your dancer is in multiple groups or you are having a buddy photo done.

-ONLINE ORDER AFTER PHOTO DAY- If you go online, to www.tolifsonphotography.com and follow the link for sport/event ordering, log in with your email to the gallery you will receive an email when the photos have been uploaded. You will then be able to order your images. If you order within 3 days of photo day it is the same pricing. If you order after that time, tax and shipping will be added and photos will be sent directly to your home.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU STILL MUST BRING AN ENVELOPE ON PICTURE DAY FOR EACH IMAGE. JUST FILL OUT THE STUDENT INFO FOR IDENTIFICATION. YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL IN AN ORDER. JUST CHECK THE BOX FOR ONLINE ORDERING.
