In recognition of Mental Health Week and Mental Health Carers Week, Helping minds is celebrating out annual Picnic in the Park, a special day dedicated to caregivers, families and the wider community.

Bring along your family and friends for a morning of relaxation, connection, and fun. Enjoy a variety of activities designed for all ages, including:

1. Self-care and wellness activities

2. Opportunity for community connection and conversations

3. Information stall including updated service information about a range of Helping Minds services.

This is an opportunity for connection and participants have the opportunity to win a free coffee voucher at one of the local café’s
