Brighter Futures Youth Program for Boys Year 7 to Year 9 in the Shire of Murray

This 'no cost' 2 session 'After-School' program teaches Self Defence & Life Skills to enhance wellbeing & safety. The aim is to provide guidance & tools that will keep youth aligned with the path to a bright future. All Facilitators are accredited & experienced working with Teens & will cover Topics such as:
*Dealing with Bullying
*Boundary Setting
*Online Safety
*Anger Management
*Assertive Communication
*Healthy Relationships
*Support/Help resources
*Alcohol & Drug Awareness
*Personal Safety
*Self Defence Skills
When students arrive they will receive healthy After-School Snacks & at completion of the '2 sessions' will receive a: Completion Certificate: Help-Line Card: a Free Session Voucher at a local Martial Arts School.
