We'll be serving up the ultimate autumn vibes, raising money for breast cancer support AND it’s all going down at one of the hottest pickleball clubs in Canada.

So....

Whether you're a pumpkin spice powerhouse or a flannel-wrapped firecracker, this is your time to shine on the court and soak up those feel-good fall vibes..

The Venue:

We're proud to host events at the BEST courts in every city we visit and in Oakville we picked:

👉 Court X — home to 9 pro-level courts and a positive, inclusive, luxe vibe. Oh, and did we mention? The Canadian Professional Pickleball League just played here a few weeks ago. Yep, the courts (and the Club) are that good. Bonus: a Pink Parrot Smoothie Bar on-site to fuel your game and your sparkle.

Tournament Details:

Saturday October 4th12:30 - 5pm

6 guaranteed games

Regular scoring to 11, win by 2, hard stop 14 other than medal games (scoring to 15, win by 2, no hard stop).

Register SOLO and rotate partners for max mix and mingle

Round Robin and then direct to Gold/Silver and Bronze medal games

Fee: $64 per player plus HST (plus persnickity ticketing fees we're hoping to get rid of for our next tournament!)

Our PickleballChicks Social Mission:

Raising funds for breast cancer everywhere we go.

Wherever we host, in Canada and the USA, we have a social mission to raise the vibration on women in sport and raise funds for breast cancer research and support.

In Oakville, your registration fee doesn’t just get you crowns, medals, and bragging rights — it also fuels something bigger. $10 from every player registration goes directly to the Oakville Trafalgar Hospital Foundation in support of breast cancer programs and care.

We create a welcoming, sassy vibe that melts away tournament jitters. We’re all about the love of the game and respect for our fellow players. Bring your A-game and your A-vibes!

A humble brag:

We’re pretty darn good at running tournaments. You’ll get all the info you need ahead of time (we love to communicate!) and on game day you’ll be in and out in about 4 hours. We Chicks know how to get sh*t done 🙂 — leaving you plenty of time to celebrate at the Pink Parrot smoothie bar with all your new court besties.

Fee: Fee: $64. Non-refundable. In rare, approved cases of extenuating circumstances, refunds may be granted minus a $30 admin fee.
