In life and in pickleball, the "pivot" is where the magic happens. It’s about adjusting, staying balanced, and moving forward with purpose. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your game or just need a day to clear your head and move your body, this is for you.

On May 30th, we’re bringing the community together at Central Winds Park for a day of movement, wellness, and some seriously fun competition. If you’ve been feeling like you need a "reset," this is your sign to grab a paddle and join us!

What to Bring:

• Your pickleball paddle (If you don't have one, we will have a limited number of loaner paddles available. Please email us in advance.)
• Plenty of water.
• Sunscreen, a hat/visor, and sunglasses.
• Athletic attire and court shoes (No running shoes, please).

Skill Levels: All levels welcomed! Participants will be separated into groups based on skill (e.g., Beginners/Fundamentals vs. Intermediate/Strategy) and age.

By joining us on the court, you are not only investing in your own health and balance but also providing vital resources for those navigating their own journey toward freedom and recovery.

Tournament Add-ons: Play multiple events! Add another division for $35 (ex: Mixed + Gender Doubles)

• Men’s Doubles (levels 2.0 - 8.0)
• Women’s Doubles (levels 2.0 - 8.0)
• Mixed Doubles (levels 2.0 - 8.0)
• Singles (Men and Women - based on age and level)

• 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Check-In & Networking – Pick up your registration packet and meet the community.
• 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: The Power of the Pivot Kickoff – Opening remarks on the "Pivot" mindset and a special introduction to our charity partner, Lifeboat.
• 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Tournament & Open Play – Put your skills to the test in a friendly, competitive environment.
• 10:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Tournament Finals & Mixed Doubles – Championship matches and high-stakes Mixed Doubles play.
• 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Awards & Closing Circle – Presentation of medals, grand prizes, and a final check presentation to Lifeboat.
• 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Moneyball

Investment & Prize Pool Contribution

Participation in the Moneyball segment involves a two-part fee structure designed to support both the players and the event infrastructure:

Tournament Entry: Base Registration Cost.

Moneyball Buy-In: $70 per player.

The $500 Winner-Takes-All Payout

The advertised $500 Grand Prize is a player-funded milestone. This payout is unlocked once we reach the following registration thresholds minimum:

20 Teams (Doubles) OR

40 Individual Players (Singles)

When these numbers are met, the pooled contributions provide the full $500 payout for the champion(s).

Proportional Payout Guarantee

We believe in rewarding our players regardless of the final bracket size. If participation is lower than the thresholds mentioned above:

100% Transparency: The payout will be calculated based on the total Moneyball contributions collected ($70 per player).

No Arbitrary Reductions: The prize money will be adjusted proportionally to the number of participants.

Event Timeline: The Moneyball Round

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Championship Bracket & Payout Presentation.

The Bottom Line: This is a "By the Players, For the Players" event. Your buy-in builds the pot, and your performance takes it home.
