You already got your hands on a paddle, but now it’s time for more strategy. As you’ll find out, pickleball is easy to play and difficult to master. That step-by-step journey toward constant improvement in your budding pickleball obsession begins here. Covered in this clinic:
- Improving paddle/stroke mechanics (grips, forehands, backhands, etc.)
- Best ball placement on serves, returns, “third shot drops”, etc.
- Use the kitchen to your advantage with dinks, drops, and resets
- Avoiding pop-ups: “Help! I keep getting smashed at!”
- On-court communication, who takes what ball, and movement with partner
- Best shot selection in different scenarios (red, yellow, and green zones)
- Individualized, in-game breakdown/analysis of your shots
