Get ready to dive into the sport that the whole world is raving about! Join us for an exhilarating session of Pickleball – a perfect blend of cardio, fun, and flexibility.102 LEVEL
Have you played Pickleball before but still need to practice those dinks and volleys? You're in the right place! This event is designed specifically for those who have played a bit before. We don't expect you to be an advanced player but you should be able to serve a ball and return a serve.

- Duration: 1 hour
�Highlights:
We will practice the following elements:
-serve & serve return
-volleys & dinks
-forehand & backhand
-doubles game rules (we'll play a doubles game)
FREE for Long Beach Boot Camp Members (RSVP in Mindbody like for a regular class) , $10 for non-members OR become a member and get this class FREE as well!
- Paddles, balls & nets will be provided. Just bring yourself!
- Workout attire is a must, bring water & something to sit on
