Pickle Palooza

🥒 IT’S A BIG DILL! 🥒
Mark your calendars for the annual Pickle Palooza! This year, the party runs from Saturday, August 15th to Sunday, August 16th, and it’s going to be one for the books.
Whether you’re coming to hit the trails, eat some good food, or camp out, here is the game plan for the weekend:
The Schedule
10:00 AM – Tahuya Run: Want to wheel? Be at my place by 10:00 AM sharp so we can caravan out together.
3:00 PM – BBQ, Potluck & Camp Out: Just want to partake in the food and fun? Aim to arrive around 3:00 PM to kick off the afternoon festivities, yard games, and dinner.
Food & Drink
I’ll have hamburgers and brats on the BBQ. Please bring a side dish or appetizer to share for the potluck dinner!
Lodging & Accommodations
We have plenty of space on the property for everyone to stay over:
Tent & Car Campers: I’ve got 3 acres with tons of room for Jeepers to pull out their tents or setup a car camping rig.
Motorhomes / RVs: I have space on-site, plus a membership at the Eagles for overnight parking just 2 miles down the road (and I’m happy to run a shuttle).
Real Beds: If roughing it isn't your thing, the Belfair Motel is right down the street.
Kids, Games & A Note for Parents
Kids are absolutely welcome! We'll have a giant water slide, kid-friendly yard games, and a full-size air hockey table to keep them busy.
A quick heads-up for parents: While the daytime activities and BBQ are totally family-friendly, once the sun goes down and the campfire stories start, the adult language and jokes will likely come out. If adult language is a sensitivity for your family, the nighttime camping portion might not be ideal for your kiddos!
What to Bring
Your favorite camp chair.
A dish to share for the potluck.
BYOB.
If you have a propane fire pit and want to bring it along, the extra warmth is always welcome!
