Extend the summer garden by preserving veggies in one or more of these methods.The 2hr workshop will focus on these simple and tasty methods of preserving. The session will be a demonstration and tasting of the recipes for each of the preserving methods.
The workshop will include a display and discussion of ingredients, supplies, terminology and safety.
Thursday October 16th, 6:00PM - 8:00PM
* Take home goodies for preserving and recipes of the demonstrated samples.
