Extend the summer garden by preserving veggies in one or more of these methods.
The 2hr workshop will focus on these simple and tasty methods of preserving. The session will be a demonstration and tasting of the recipes for each of the preserving methods.
The workshop will include a display and discussion of ingredients supplies terminology and safety.
Thursday October 16th 6:00PM - 8:00PM
* Take home goodies for preserving and recipes of the demonstrated samples.
