Event disclaimer: Assumption of risk and release of liability

By entering the premises, attendees voluntarily assume all risks and dangers

incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring

before, during, or after the event. Attendees waive any and all claims against

the event organizer, performers, sponsors, vendors, and the owner of the

facility. 

Weather and cancellation policy

This is an outdoor event held in a field and will take place rain or shine.

Attendees should dress appropriately for all weather conditions, including rain,

heat, and sun exposure. In the event of severe weather that may pose a risk to

public safety, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event.

No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions or postponement. 

Rules and regulations

 Behavior: The event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove

any person who violates event rules, is a danger to themselves or others, or is

acting in a disorderly manner, without a refund.

 Prohibited items: The following items are prohibited on the premises and are

subject to search at the gate: weapons, illegal substances, outside food or

beverages, coolers, fireworks, and professional camera equipment. All bags are

subject to inspection.

 Safety: Attendees must comply with all venue and event rules, as well as all local,

state, and federal laws. 

Photographic and video release

Attendees hereby grant the event organizers and sponsors the irrevocable

right and permission to use their likeness, voice, and image in any

photographs, videos, or other recordings for promotional purposes without

compensation.

You agree to protect and compensate the event organizers and release

parties for any liabilities or expenses incurred due to your actions at the

event. 

Photography and recording

You consent to the use of your image and voice in photographs, videos, and

recordings for promotional purposes without payment. 

COVID-19 and communicable diseases

By attending, you accept the risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other diseases

and agree not to hold the organizers liable for any related illness or injury. 

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Alabama Legal actions must be

filed in the courts of Autauga County. 

Final acceptance

Your ticket purchase confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to

these terms and conditions.
