About this Event
Pick 'n' Mix Improvised Comedy Showcase
Get ready for a night full of laughs at the Pick 'n' Mix Improvised Comedy Showcase! Join us in person for an awesome mix of spontaneous jokes and wild scenes created right on the spot. It's the perfect chance to enjoy fresh comedy with a fun crowd. No scripts, just pure improvisation and good vibes. Don’t miss out on this giggle-packed evening! Featuring:
Debate Team: Two teams go head to head and rant for rant, all while navigating the highs and lows of highschool drama - but which one will win your applause?
The Cavalry: The Cavalry return to Pick N' Mix! Give us a title for our play and watch us turn it into a tale of wonder and mystery. Previous titles have included "An Absence of M**der on The River Cam", "The Sandwich Trillema" and "Badgers". Will you be the one to name our next piece of groundbreaking theatre??
Featuring special guests Fadlun Muhammed from Floor Time and Jude Edison from Cambridge School of Improv.
Arfie: A man (played here by Arfie Mansfield of Somewhat Theatre) faces an audience (played here by you, the audience) trying desperately to keep control of a situation that does not want to be controlled. An entirely interactive one-man* comedy about the chaos of a life.
* Except for you, the audience.
Tickets will be available online until 7pm. Any remaining tickets can be bought on the door from 7pm.
Hosted by The Boathouse; make sure to grab a drink before the show! £1 from every ticket will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support.
