We’re thrilled to welcome you to our 2025 Family Conference, thoughtfully designed with plenty of time for fun and connection—light on the lectures, heavy on the magic!

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED... SO WE NEED YOU TOREGISTER.

Yes, we know, we’re doing things a bit backwards here, but hey—this conference has turned into something way bigger than we ever imagined, and we’re rolling with it! To make sure we have all the info we need and avoid any last-minute panic, we need each member of your party to be fully registered. Don’t skip a step—every detail matters!

IMPORTANT: When you fill this out, please make sure to include all the info for EACH person in your group. Oh, and don’t forget the questionnaire at the end. It's basically your VIP pass to staying in the loop for all the fun stuff ahead.

• This supplier would be great for families and kiddos who'd be able to transfer from chair to vehicle and if the chair could be folded. Below are the prices for one-way transport:

Mears Connect

• I believe a couple of families have already used Mears for their Disney travel and had a great experience! Both Standard and Express are shared ride services with other guests onboard your vehicle. Express shuttle service minimizes your travel time on the vehicle by making your hotel the first stop after leaving the airport and the last stop before heading to the airport. Express shuttle guests may travel in a motorcoach bus or van and vehicle may be different for arrival and departure. Most standard size wheelchairs can be accommodated + those who do not need to stay in their wheelchair/scooter can have their chairs stored in the luggage storage bay underneath the bus. Here's some example pricing of both Standard and Express (they segment the pricing/trips):

Orlando Astro Limo

• This supplier has wheelchair/power chair accessible transportation available. I've sent them an email asking if they'd have availability during our weekend, so I will get back to you with the answer + pricing once I hear back from them! Here are some example pictures of their fleet:

• Open the Lyft app within Walt Disney World Resort and enter your destination.
• Confirm your pickup location. Lyft will provide a fare estimate, and your payment will be processed directly through the app.
• Tap "Select Access Minnie Van" (short for "Accessible Minnie Van"). If the option for Accessible Minnie Van service doesn't immediately display, scroll through vehicle type options until it appears.
• Track your vehicle's progress on a map provided by the app. You'll also see the vehicle number to help you spot your car.
