Welcome to the world of the Pianobath. An immersive concert. A meditation. Sound healing. Time for you. Sit back, relax, or lie down on a yoga mat. Feel yourself escape into the serene soundscape.... beautiful, melodic, simple piano and seamlessly blended, hypnotic vocals, low lighting, candles, surround sound. Take this moment just for you, where there is absolutely nothing to do ~ a unique music experience that is naturally healing and meditative, leaving you relaxed and energised.

Penny's seamlessly blended minimalist piano and chantlike vocals, are reminiscent of Einaudi, with classical influences, hints of Debussy, the passion of Morricone, at times the soothing sounds of Deva Pramel or Enya. Her Pianobath combines her experience performing with the Brighton Film Quartet for 10 years (as pianist-singer and composer) with her holistic/therapeutic background (yoga/reiki and coaching). Seats are available, or book a yoga mat space and enjoy the music lying down - but do remember to bring your yoga mat and a cosy, warm blanket as we don't provide these at the Shoreham Centre. Thank you!

Please note doors will close 10 minutes after they open, and no admissions after that point, really sorry!

IMPORTANT INFO - PLEASE NOTE EARLIER START TIME

Arrival – Doors open at 4pm for the Pianobath (come on time to nab the best spots or if you want to sit or lie next to a friend!) NB: we have to strictly close the doors at 4.10pm when the Pianobath starts so that we can maintain a deeply relaxing experience for everyone else there. So do give yourself a few minutes to settle in. We hope you understand.

Confirmation Emails – Please check Spam for your Eventbrite confirmation email if you don't receive it straight after booking tickets as there is important information, including cut off time for arrival, your tickets etc.

Concessions – If you'd like to attend the Pianobath and need help with the cost, please email or call Penny.

Refunds & transfers – We are so sorry but we cannot offer refunds. If you cannot attend in person and would like to transfer your ticket, please feel free to do so. Thank you for understanding!

Wheelchair access - There is wheelchair access at the Shoreham Centre, but please email [email protected] or call her on 0788 1915593 in advance just so I reserve a space.

Children - Youngsters are truly welcome to the Pianobath, however to keep a lovely quiet atmosphere for everyone to enjoy the deep relaxation we'd ask you to only bring children who are able to keep still and quiet for the duration. Thanks for understanding!
