Brief Curriculum
Brenno Ambrosini is an acclaimed musician and piano professor, born in Italy and considered one of the most prominent performers in today’s musical landscape. He began his musical studies at the age of six and made his debut at eleven in his hometown, Venice. With a solid background in piano, organ, violin, and composition, he has honed his craft with renowned masters across Europe, such as G. Oppitz, M. de Silva-Telles, and J. Soriano.
With a brilliant musical career, Brenno has won numerous awards and performed extensively in Europe, the United States, and Japan. He has been a soloist with prestigious ensembles such as The Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra of Amsterdam, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Yokohama Symphony, and St. Petersburg Camerata, among others. Additionally, he is passionate about chamber music, collaborating with distinguished musicians and quartets.
As a professor of piano and chamber music, Brenno Ambrosini shares his vast knowledge with young musicians, inspiring them to reach their fullest potential.
His passion for contemporary music has led him to premiere works by renowned composers and delve into the oeuvre of Russian composer Alfred Schnittke. Brenno is an honorary member of the Deutsche Alfred Schnittke Gesellschaft and has conducted masterclasses on interpreting Schnittke’s works.
