What is actually piadina?
It is a delicious thin, soft Italian flatbread from Romagna, cooked on a hot pan and filled while warm with cured meats, cheeses, or vegetables. Simple dough, quick cooking, big flavor, the kind of street food Italians grew up folding in their hands.
Learn how to make piadina. Easy, efficient, tasty!

What is included?
-2 hours of fun
- welcoming focaccia and olives
- 2 piadina each ( to prepare together and eat). Be open and let's have fun together - with the help of our chef Alessandra
-1 drink ( glass of wine, beer or soft drink)
- we will then fill the piadinas and eat them all together
- digital recipe of "how to prepare piadina at home"
- the condiments we will use to stuff the piadina will be a selection of our best products. Sicilian preserves, mozzarella, cold cuts
