Friday – Arrival & Connection
- 3:00 PM – Check-in + Welcome Pack Distribution (room assignments, wristbands, branded swag)
- 4:00 PM – Orientation & Group Walk (light movement post-travel)
- 5:00 PM – Group Activity
- 6:30 PM – Group Dinner (onsite restaurant with performance-based options)
- 8:00 PM – Fireside Reflections: Brotherhood Roundtable
Saturday – Train. Reflect. Celebrate.
- 7:00 AM – Group Morning Conditioning (track or outdoor circuit led by Coach Jamie)
- 8:00 AM – Breakfast
- 9:00 AM – Breakout #1: Understanding Endurance Data & Metrics (Coach Harry)
- 10:00 AM – Open Gym Access / Training Time
- 12:00 PM – Group Lunch
- 1:00 PM – Breakout #2: Understanding the Science (Coach Javi)
- 3:00 PM – Leisure / Recovery Time (spa, pool, relaxation)
- 5:00 PM – UK ELITE AWARDS Ceremony (private venue space)
- 7:00 PM – Dinner & Brotherhood Toasts
- 9:00 PM – Brotherhood Mixer (optional social hangout)
Sunday – Close Strong
- 7:30 AM – Final Gym Session
- 8:30 AM – Breakfast
- 9:30 AM – Breakout #3: Fatherhood & Toxic Relationships (Coach Aaron)
- 10:30 AM – Checkout & Departures
