It's that time yall! Season 3 of "Let's Talk About It" is back and we're ready to keep diving deeper into topics related to our collective and individual wellness and well-being. February 2025 Topic: How do physical health and nutrition influence our confidence, mood, stamina, intimacy, and satisfaction in relationships? How can men and women support each other in health goals without judgment or pressure? Join us for a candid, community-led conversation exploring the connection between wellness, love, and sex. This month, we have two very special guests joining Liana and Katrina to ensure we hit all angles for both men and women. We are also meeting at a new venue as well so be prepared to support a local Black-owned business. As always, LTAI is a safe space for every adult to come together and share and connect with others.
