We want to help you prepare for the physical demands of the Anaheim Police Department’s Police Officer Physical Agility Test!About this Event
Officers need to be able to run, climb fences, and possibly drag people out of danger, while wearing their uniform and duty equipment. Applicants need to be ready to do the same. This workshop is designed to help you prepare for the physical demands of the Anaheim Police Department’s Police Officer Physical Agility Test.
This workshop is FREE, space is limited! We are hosting two separate sessions on February 22nd:
Women's-Only Session: 8am - 10am
Open Session (Men & Women): 10am - 12pm
Workshop Highlights:
- Expert-led training on key fitness components for Anaheim PD’s agility test
- Tips and exercises to improve strength, endurance, and agility
- Practice runs of Anaheim PD’s physical agility courses
