Four Years of Style, Storytelling, and Synergy: FPPI Celebrates 4th Anniversary with "Photographer’s Night" and Joint Photo Exhibit
QUEZON CITY, PHILIPPINES — The Fashion Photographers of the Philippines, Incorporated (FPPI), in proud partnership with the Quezon City Photo Club (QCPC), cordially invites the photography and creative community to Photographer’s Night on June 28, 2026 (Sunday) at 6:00 PM. This milestone event will be hosted at CocoBistro, located at #106 Visayas Avenue, Brgy. Culiat, Quezon City.
Marking its 4th Year Anniversary, FPPI is hosting this grand celebration as a thanksgiving party to honor a remarkable four-year journey of elevating Filipino fashion photography. The evening’s centerpiece will be the grand unveiling of the "BECOME FACE OF THE CITY" Photo Exhibit, a collaborative showcase by the talented members of both FPPI and QCPC.
More than just an anniversary, Photographer’s Night is a dedicated space for fellowship, camaraderie, and lasting friendship. It will serve as a dynamic forum for both creative and business discussions regarding the evolving landscape and current situation of fashion photography in the Philippines.
FPPI invites all members, industry partners, and photography enthusiasts to look back on four years of visual excellence and look forward to the future of Philippine style and imagery.
The Journey & The Celebration: A Narrative
Four Years in the Making: The FPPI Story
Four years ago, a vision was sparked. In an industry as fast-paced and ever-changing as fashion, a group of passionate Filipino visual storytellers saw the need for a sanctuary—a place where creativity could meet professional growth. Thus, the Fashion Photographers of the Philippines, Incorporated (FPPI) was born.
The journey over the last four years has been nothing short of a whirlwind. From navigating the shifting tides of digital media and surviving industry transformations, to discovering fresh, raw talent across the archipelago, FPPI has stood as a beacon of artistic integrity and professional standards. It began as a shared dream among peers; it has evolved into an influential institution that shapes how Filipino fashion is perceived both locally and globally.
Through every editorial spread, every high-fashion runway captured, and every mentorship session, FPPI has championed a unique Filipino aesthetic: bold, resilient, deeply cultural, yet undeniably world-class.
June 28, 2026: A Night of Thanksgiving and Vision
On the evening of June 28, 2026, the quiet elegance of CocoBistro on Visayas Avenue will transform into a bustling hub of creative energy. The ambient lights will frame an evening dedicated entirely to the people behind the lenses—the dreamers, the technicians, and the visionaries.
As the clock strikes 6:00 PM, Photographer’s Night will begin. This is not just a party; it is a profound pause to say thank you. It is a celebration of the sleepless nights, the collaborative triumphs, the bonding over chaotic backstage sets, and the deep friendships forged in the heat of a photoshoot.
This year, the celebration gains a powerful ally in the Quezon City Photo Club (QCPC). Together, the two organizations will present the "BECOME FACE OF THE CITY" Photo Exhibit. This exhibition is a visual love letter to the urban sprawl, capturing the diverse faces, stories, and style that give Quezon City—and the country at large—its heartbeat.
Shaping the Future of the Craft
Beyond the clinking of glasses and the warmth of camaraderie, the evening holds a deeper purpose. As the community gathers, the floor will open up for vital business and creative discussions.
The fashion photography landscape in 2026 presents new challenges and unprecedented opportunities—from the rise of advanced digital tools to changing market demands. FPPI members and QCPC guests will sit down as peers to dissect the current situation of fashion photography in the Philippines, sharing insights on how to thrive commercially while staying fiercely authentic to their creative voices.
Four years of history will culminate in one unforgettable night of fellowship, framing a future where Filipino fashion photographers continue to capture the world, one frame at a time.
