Terms and Conditions for Christmas Photo Session with Santa
Session Date: The Christmas photo session with Santa will take place exclusively on November 8th, 2024. No alternative dates are available.
Retainer Fee: A non-refundable retainer fee of £50 is required to secure your booking. This retainer fee will be deducted from the total session cost.
Session Cost: The total session cost is £100, which includes:
20-minute photo session with Santa Claus
5 digital images in JPG format with matching prints (6x9")
Special gift for one child
Additional Photos: Each additional photo beyond the 5 included in the session package will incur a fee of £20 per photo.
Siblings Policy: A maximum of 3 siblings are allowed per session at no extra charge. Any additional siblings will incur a fee of £30 per child.
Non-Transferable: The retainer fee is non-refundable for any reason. However, if you are unable to attend the session, you may transfer or sell your booking to another party. Please inform us in advance of any such changes.
No Rescheduling: The session cannot be rescheduled once booked. Please ensure availability on the specified date before making your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure leading to the cancellation of the session by the organizer, a full refund of the retainer fee will be provided.
