Photo Bingo: Photo Walk Hurstville

About This Event:

Are you looking to improve your photography skills while exploring Hurstville? Have you signed up for Photo Bingo but need a little extra inspiration? Join our Photo Walk departing from Blackshaw Gould Community Pavilion!

This guided walk is perfect for photographers of all skill levels. Our resident photographer will be on hand to provide tips and guidance, helping you capture the best shots of the vibrant Hurstville area, covering categories found on your Photo Bingo card.Whether you're a beginner wanting to learn the basics or an experienced photographer seeking inspiration, this Photo Walk offers something for everyone. Bring your camera, comfortable walking shoes, and a creative spirit.Participants will have the chance to meet fellow photography enthusiasts, exchange ideas, and enhance their photographic techniques through practice exercises. This event also offers a fantastic opportunity to capture images that you can submit to the Georges River Libraries’ Photo Bingo competition happening through December and January.Don’t miss this chance to see Hurstville through a new lens and improve your photography skills. Age: 16+

Experience: No previous photography experience needed.

Equipment: Bring your preferred camera and comfortable walking shoes.

Addition Information

During this program, we will be walking on public paths and crossing roads. Participants are required to wear comfortable shoes and apprpriate UV protection ie, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and follow all road rules and saftey directions given by the facilitator.

Terms and conditions:

• For participants aged 10 years and under, parents and/or guardians of children must remain in the library for the duration of the program. For safety reasons, one parent/guardian can only be responsible for a maximum of 4 children (1:4 ratio).
• For participants under the age of 16, parent and/or guardian contact details must be provided at the time of booking.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the advertised start time and there are people in the standby queue, your ticket may be allocated to the standby queue.
• If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration at least 3 hours prior to the event. As Library Programs have limited spaces, repeated failure to notify staff of cancellations may result in bookings being refused in the future.
