Phoenix Children's Child Maltreatment Symposium 2026

Thursday, April 9, 2026 | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

(check-In and breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m.)

Location: Creighton University, 3100 N. Central Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85012

Breakfast and lunch will be provided for all attendees. This symposium offers CE credits for EMS, RNs and Social Workers. Parking will be validated.

Presented by experts in child maltreatment and sponsored by Phoenix Children’s Trauma and Child Protection Teams, this annual symposium is designed to help community and medical professionals expand their knowledge on child maltreatment, abuse and neglect—with a focus on recognition and appropriate management.

This year’s symposium will feature impactful presentations, including:

• Autopsy Findings in Child Abuse
• SANE RN Exams in Child Abuse
• Victim Advocacy and Community Resources
