An Outing with the Wholly Fun Committee
Looking for a fun, free family-friendly event?
The Wholly Fun Committee suggests a visit to
PHLOX FEST – Rocky Mountain Gardens Annual Spring Opening.
Saturday, April 25, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
1075 South Ave. W., Missoula
If you’d like to meet up with others from HSP, we’ll start at 11:00 at the west entrance near the Butterfly House. If you need a ride, sign up on the list in the Parish Hall, or call the church office at (406)542-2167.
The theme of this year’s Phlox Fest is "Gardens of the Garden City", celebrating Missoula's horticultural past, present, and future. The Gardens’ staff and partners will provide information about local public gardens, and how to make your own garden thrive.
Festivities will include music, food trucks, plant vendors and tabling by representatives of Missoula's many gardens.
There are picnic tables on site, so consider packing a lunch or visiting a food truck to enjoy with us.
