The Dormition of the Theotekos (Koimisis Tis Theotokou) is a major feast day in the ecclesiastical calendar, celebrated each August 15".The St Augustine Philoptochos chapter is named in honor of this feast day and is offering a luncheon for our parish on August 17th.
