Philip Shaw’s remarkable career has included time with some of Australia’s most iconic wine names, including Penfolds, Wynns, Lindemans and Rosemount Estate. His contribution to Australian winemaking is immense, and to have him presenting these wines in person at Wharf St. is something genuinely special.
For this exclusive event, our chef team will present an outstanding four-course menu, carefully curated to complement a premium line-up of HOOSEGG wines, with Philip sharing the stories, philosophy and craftsmanship behind each pour.
