Cultivating Awareness to manage Time better
We all appreciate a good time management ‘hack’ and there are many good tools for managing our productivity. In the session we will take a step back and look at how simple awareness of the present moment can help us reduce anxiety while being productive. We will explore the practices that might help us with the time management tools we use and how being kinder to ourselves makes us more efficient.
How does it work?
Reflective practice is about taking time to explore an event or theme, for example, managing time, group dynamics, or motivation. Each person has time to look at their own challenges and opportunities. This is done with other research students. You will be able to hear how other people are approaching similar concerns.
Each session has a theme that we explore together. The next theme is: Cultivating Awareness to manage Time better
Who is it for?
- PhD students
- who want to talk about their experience of doing research
- who would like to hear about how others are handling the issues.
