Curious about how the PhD Community UGent works, and who the people behind the scenes are?📣 Every June, the PhD Community UGent holds its annual election and Open Day. This is a great opportunity to meet our committee members, learn more about how the organisation works, and discover how decisions and roles within the community.

Join us on Tuesday, 2 June:
🗳️ At 6:30 pm the election meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend, observe the process, and get to know the different positions within the organisation.
If you are interested in becoming involved, this is also a perfect moment to connect with current members and learn more about how you can contribute.
🍻 From 8:00 pm, everyone is warmly invited to stay for drinks at the bar. You can chat with the committee members, share your ideas, and let us know what kind of events or initiatives you would like to see in the future.
We are here to listen and hope to continue building a welcoming and active community for all PhD students.
🍹🍾The event will take place at Gonza’z, a bright and cosy bar with a relaxed atmosphere, nice cocktails, fresh drinks, and latin-inspired snacks with a little spice;) 🥙
