About this Event
This series of workshops is led by the University of Reading's Museums and Special Collections team. It is available for free to people studying for a PhD.
Attendees will be expeced to discuss their own doctoral research so it is not suitable for people looking for professional or other kinds of training.
The workshop is based at the Museum of English Rural Life, Redlands Road, University of Reading. This also houses the University of Reading's Special Collections and Art Collections.

Parking
There is a small car park for museum visitors at the front of our building. Spaces are limited. Visitors are welcome to use the University Acacia Road car park adjacent to the museum. Visitors without a University parking permit must collect a permit from the museum reception, to be displayed in your car. This car park can be very busy during university term time.
Food and drink
We will have comfort breaks throughout the day. We have a small cafe onsite and another one next door. When collections are being used in sessions attendees will be asked to respect Reading Room rules.
