PhD Career Day 2025 is for those moments when you start thinking: What actually comes after this PhD that I’m doing?AU Career PhD & JR brings together companies that know exactly why they hire PhDs and postdocs and are ready to show how your research background translates into real, meaningful roles outside academia. If you are from Natural Sciences, Technical Sciences, or Health Sciences, this day is built with your profile in mind!
The afternoon kicks off at 14.00 with fast-paced company presentations. Each company has three minutes and two slides to make their case. Clear. Concrete. To the point.
From 15.00 to 16.45, you can meet them face to face at their booths, ask the questions you actually care about, and get a realistic sense of what working with them looks like.
This is not about vague inspiration. It is about insight, access, and honest conversations about skills, expectations, and career paths beyond the university.
