There are times when we know we’re ready to let go—but somehow, we still feel connected.
Old relationships. Past experiences. Repeating patterns. Unspoken expectations. Emotional weight we’ve carried long after the moment has passed.
This evening offers a gentle space to pause, reflect, and release.
Through guided reflection, meditation, intention setting, and a simple cord-cutting ritual, we’ll explore the connections we may be ready to loosen or leave behind—not from a place of anger or judgment, but from a place of self-awareness, compassion, and choice.
You’ll be invited to:
• Reflect on what you may still be carrying
• Identify patterns or connections that no longer support you
• Create space for emotional and energetic release
• Reclaim your attention and personal energy
• Set intentions for the next phase of your journey
• Participate in a meaningful ritual of release and renewal
You don’t have to forget the past to move forward.
