We are so incredibly STOKED and blessed to bring you the Sixth Annual Phaser Fundraiser - Black Tie Gala!!
On Thursday, October 22nd at 7:00 PM sharp, join us at Detroit Mountain. Make sure you dust off that suit or dress because we are hitting the red carpet for a night full of fun, photos, drinks, hors d'oeuvres, LIVE music, networking, and of course, raising money for the Boys and Girls Club of Detroit Lakes!
Event features Paddles for Purpose: a high-energy, live donation drive where you can raise your paddle to give directly to a project. Any donation or sponsorship is greatly appreciated, even if you can't attend. Our goal is to have a crazy fun event where you can dress up fancy, have some drinks, visit tons of great people, and raise money for an incredible organization.
This event is open to the public if you purchase your ticket beforehand! We will have a set number of tickets, so reserve yours ASAP!!
The 2025 Phaser Fundraiser raised a whopping $70K!! All proceeds from the fundraiser go directly to the Boys and Girls Club of Detroit Lakes. We partied hard, ate lots of food, talked to a TON of awesome people, and had a live auction that sparked some amazing bidding wars. What a wild ride, can't wait to blow the 70K out of the water this year!!

Doors open - Gala starts
Info: Doors open and the attendees can start to roll in! You will be greeted by the red carpet and make your way into the ballroom. A few mandatory photos from the press and photography will be needed before you head in for a drink! Live music, hors d'oeuvres, networking, and drinks will all be available at this time!

Info: The best part of the event! Continue mingling, hear from some kiddos who have gone through the club program, some words from the Phaser team, and much more fun!

Check Presentation
Info: As we wrap up the night, Phaser Marketing and the Boys and Girls Club will tally up the final amount raised and do a big check presentation! After that, folks are encouraged to mingle and say the good ol' Minnesota goodbye which may take 45 mins. Can't wait for the big night, LETS GO
