If you were a Phantom Players Actor , Crew or Volunteer at Box 5 you are cordially invited to attend The Friendsgiving & Awards Event. Seating is very limited so please get your RSVPs in ASAP.
This is an appreciation event for our hard working Volunteers & Performers so we ask that you do not invite extended family and friends however you may invite your parent , sibling , child or significant other to celebrate with you.
We will be recognizing those who have went above and beyond over the last few years making TPP time at Box 5 special.
We will also be giving out some funny awards.
We will not be doing best Actor/Actress type awards but rather celebrating the good moments and those that made them possible.
We are opening up a few slots for those performers who may have had a role in a show where you’d like to relive your musical number or maybe you had a funny or memorable line.
If interested please get with your Director of that particular show and they will let us know who’s interested from their shows.
This will be an enjoyable evening of reminiscing over the last few years and applauding those whose dedication made the performances memorable.
We will not be taking any special seating request but rather seating people from front to back based on your reservation so if you could please place your reservation together if wanting to sit with a fellow actor.
Again this is very limited seating and we ask that you get your RSVPs in ASAP. I know all of our patrons would love to attend but this is a special private event to honor our Actors , Crew & Volunteers.
Yes , there will be food but anyone that wants to help make something let me know.
