Patrick Garwo III played collegiately at Boston College from 2019–2023, earning Second-Team All-ACC honors in 2021 and becoming the 24th player in program history to rush for 1,000 yards in a season. He played his last year of elgibility at University of Nevada(2024) and finished his college career with 16 total touchdowns (11) at Boston College.

Before college, he starred at Conwell-Egan Catholic High School (2015–2019), where he was ranked the No. 29 running back nationally, No. 3 overall prospect in Pennsylvania by ESPN. He rushed for over 2,000 yards and 35 touchdowns as a senior setting the schools record, and also left as the school’s all-time leading scorer finishing highschool with 5,064 total rushing yards and 82 total touchdowns. He earned First-Team All-State, Bucks County Player of the Year (2017 & 2018), and Philadelphia Catholic League Player of the Year(2017 & 2018) and finished runner up for Mr. PA Football overall player of the year.

He now focuses on mentoring young athletes, helping them develop elite performance on the field and leadership beyond the game.
