Hallma -- I mean the general-and most-definitely-unspecified-greeting-card-company-turned-cable-movie-channel-specializing-in-feel-good-wholesome-soft-romantic-comedies -- is scheduled to release 36 brand new holiday movies in 2026!
THIRTY-SIX! That my friends is festive INSANITY! We have lives! Cookies to bake. Indoor shrubbery to festoon. Children to pick up from their underwater ballet karate french horn lessons and then go out and buy presents for! There is simply NO TIME!
But what if you came to visit us at The Players Guild of Dearborn and watched all of these movies at once! Live on our stage! That's right - peak holiday entertainment meets peak holiday efficiency! #goals
The Holiday Channel Christmas Movie Wonderthon is a loving but slapdash parody of all those delightful movie tropes that we've both come to love and roll our collective eyes at. Add in a few jingle bells and the talent of some of Metro Detroit's finest comedic actors with just a smidgen of cinnamon-y danger and you have the recipe for an unforgettable night at the theater!
PERFORMANCES:
Friday-Sunday: November 13-15, 20-22, 27-29
Friday and Saturday night shows start at 7:30pm
Sunday matinees start at 2:30pm
The Holiday Channel Christmas Movie Wonderthon (yes I'm contractually obligated to provide the entire title) is the PERFECT way to kick off your holiday season!
