3K Junior race starts at 7.00pm & 5K Senior race starts 7.30pm.
5K £7.00 affiliated. £ 9.00 unattached - Entries on the night will incur a £3.00 surcharge.
3K £5.00 - Entries on the night will incur a £2.00 surcharge.
Entries online please, although entries will be accepted on the night: please allow plenty of time (at least 30 minutes) to collect your number and get to the start. Entry forms can be
downloaded from the website.
On-line entries for the first race will open on the Thursday 29th May. On-line entries for subsequent races will then open fortnightly on the day after the previous event. On-line entries can be made up to 12 noon on the day prior to a race. Entries can only be made for a single race in each time-period.
