Get ready for an amazing evening! Peter J. Foley Little League is thrilled to present our inaugural "Dance, Dine & Donate" evening at the Crystal Room. The borough of Naugatuck is steeped in history and tradition, much of which was cultivated at Peter J. Foley Little League. Since its inception in 1949, our league has been the launching pad for many players who have progressed to high school, college, and even the professional leagues, all while developing a love for baseball at Foley.

Peter J. Foley Stadium, the oldest Little League stadium in New England, is more than just a field; it's a cherished landmark in Naugatuck, woven into the fabric of the community's rich history. Generations of children have enjoyed the game and forged lasting memories here. As it turns out, the stadium is in need of more than the upgrades already planned. In 2024, the state of Connecticut granted us $200,000 to refurbish the stadium, particularly to replace the aging bleachers on "Foley Hill."

As our plans evolve and cost estimates are reviewed, it's clear that additional repairs and updates are necessary. While the grant is substantial, the current construction material and labor costs will quickly deplete these funds. As a Board of Directors, we are committed to enhancing the stadium, ensuring that future generations of aspiring big-league players experience the beauty and legacy of Foley.

The ongoing bleacher project presents the ideal opportunity to implement these upgrades, minimizing disruptions to games.
