The best week of the year for punk rock fans is coming round again with Rebellion Festival, the biggest and best punk festival in the world, in the Winter Gardens, Blackpool.
The Dinner Ladies will again be doing several things for the festival. Here's the line up...
SATURDAY 8TH AUGUST - PETE TALKING ABOUT THE DINNER LADIES AND THE LIVERPOOL PUNK SCENE - LITERARY STAGE 12.55PM (UNTIL 12.25PM). Hear about Pete's life in punk rock and the story of the Dinner Ladies.
SATURDAY 8TH AUGUST - THE DINNER LADIES DISCO IN THE OLD VIC BAR - FROM 6.30PM
Pete and Cantina Turner will once again be playing classic punk, ska, glam and assorted bangers. There will of course also be cakes (vegan). It's supposed to finish at 8.30pm but probably won't!
SUNDAY 9TH AUGUST - DINNER LADIES ACOUSTIC SET - ALMOST ACOUSTIC STAGE - 3.15PM
Hear lots of Dinner Ladies classics in their acoustic form and we will be playing mostly a different set to our main gig.
SUNDAY 9TH AUGUST - DINNER LADIES MAIN SET - ARENA STAGE 7.10PM.
Hear all your favourite Dinner Ladies bangers such as Shed, Brick, Goth Postman etc. Note, it's a smaller room than we have played the last few years so please get there handy to make sure you catch us.
Note, we will have a merch stand at the acoustic and arena stages and we will have all the T.Shirt designs in all sizes - Skinny/S/M/L/XL & 2XL.
A few of us will be there all weekend so come over and say hi, if you see us about. Can't wait.
