Join us on Saturday, October 25th at 9 AM for a one-of-a-kind yoga experience surrounded by fields of golden sunflowers! Led by Yoga Alliance–certified instructor Mary Slaton, this gentle flow is designed for all levels, blending easygoing stretches and mindful movement in a relaxed, uplifting setting—perfect for unwinding and soaking in the beauty of the farm.Bring a friend, grab your mat, and enjoy a peaceful morning among the flowers!

A one-hour relaxed and fun yoga flow—no experience needed!
General admission to Parker Flower Farms, with access to our flower fields and two u-pick sunflowers. Additional sunflowers and wildflowers are available for purchase separately.
Please bring your own water bottle, towel, and yoga mat. Please note that class is subject to change or cancellation due to inclement weather. In the event that this class is canceled, you will receive a refund in the original form of payment.
