Petal & Pause: A Spring Sound Bath

This is an invitation to slow down at the threshold of spring — a moment to soften, release, and gently awaken from within.

Like petals opening in their own time, this experience honors the quiet renewal happening beneath the surface.

Through rest, sound, and stillness, we pause long enough to listen inward, allowing what is ready to bloom to emerge naturally, without force.  

As the season begins to awaken, this 90-minute sound bath offers space to rest, release, and gently turn inward. Through soothing sound and guided stillness, we’ll create a nurturing container to let go of what winter has held and make room for quiet renewal.

Inspired by the unfolding of spring, this experience will include a simple release ritual using flower petals and water — a symbolic moment of letting go and welcoming peace, balance, and new beginnings.

Yoga Circle Studio in Snohomish, WA has everything you need, including mats, blankets and bolsters, but you are welcome to bring your own if you wish.

Please dress comfortably for this event as you will be laying down to fully absorb into the vibrations of the sound bowls.
