Free Pet Food and Supplies in collaboration with Ballard Christian Church 1633 10 Mile Road NW in Sparta. We distribute once a month (except July).
** Reminder, per the churches request.
NO EARLY BIRDS! NO PARKING ON SPARTA AVE or 10 MILE or IN THE CHURCHS LOTS BEFORE HAND. Their is no reason to be on or near the property any sooner! Everyone will get served!
** Please be respectful of Ballard's property. Do not litter and NO parking on the lawns.
** Numbers will begin to be passed out at 10 ish.
FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR CLIENTS AND VOLUNTEERS. ONLY 1 MEMBER OF A HOUSEHOLD WILL BE ALLOWED TO COME DOWN TO THE PANTRY AND SHOP!!
IF A CHILD MUST ACCOMPANY YOU. THEY MUST STAY WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES!

** PLEASE NOTE: We supply supplemental pet food and supplies to your personal pets ONLY!. We do not have the resources to provide supplies to rescues, fosters, breeders or community cats.
** We DON'T allow the additions of animals. You will only get food for the animals you signed up with! If you can afford to get another animal, you don't need us!
** Our distribution day are not always the same day every month.
** Serving the communities of Northern Kent County.
While we love to see your pets. For the safety of our clients, Volunteers and your pet. We ask that you leave them at home.
We are 100% Volunteer ran and donation based. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR VOLUNTEERS! We all have full time jobs and are doing the best we can.
All supplies have been donated!. Quantity of items donated as well as brands and sizes available will change monthly. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THIS!
** Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions. We are limiting the amount of people we let in. To limit the congestion and strain on our Volunteers.
To sign up:
Must be a Northern Kent County Resident. We do not serve Grand Rapids Resident's.
* Please bring a valid ID
* You will only be allowed to pick up for your household.
* We are supplemental only! To help ease the cost of pet ownership. Also, ease the strain on our shelters and rescues by keeping pets in their homes.
*** Please only take what you need. We reserve the right to limit the amount taken! As we would like to help as many families as possible. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THIS!
** Please limit your shopping time to 10 Minutes! We have alot of families to serve.
*** Failure to follow the rules will result in dismissal from our pantry services.
